Located in the Compitese area, a small green corner of Lucca, Casa Marianna is waiting for you to enjoy the peace that reigns in the characteristic villagge of San Ginese di Compito.
Originally the home was the the old microwave family firewood where on Sunday it was baked bread, now restored in the tuscan style with mandolati, wooden beams and stone walls. It leads to our holiday house thanks to a private entrance with an automatic and driveway gate. Casa Marianna can accommodate up to 4 persons and It is composed by a large living room-kitchen with a sofa, TV Sat, dining table and fireplace. A small bathroom with shower, a double room, an attic with a twin beds and a second bathroom. Casa Marianna has a central heating and air conditioning for the attic area.
Outside the house has a private garden equipped with sun loungers to relax in the sun, barbecue for excellent grilled, table with chairs to lunch outdoors. External laundry room with washing machine with another covered shower.
Just in front of the holiday house separated by a garden with hedges the owners live at your disposal for every need.
